AGM Statement

Caroline Brown, Chair of NAHL (AIM: NAH), the leading UK marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, will make the following statement at the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 10am today:

"During the first four months of 2019, the Group has continued to make good progress with its strategy. In April, our Personal Injury division commenced trading in its own law firm, National Accident Law, which was launched on time and on budget. As noted in previous announcements, this is expected to deliver materially enhanced profits and cash flow in future years as the profile of cases being processed by National Accident Law matures. The PI market continues to be competitive and trading conditions in our Residential Property division remain challenging. Our Critical Care division continues to generate growth. Overall, the Board's outlook for the full year remains unchanged."
