I'm still holding but keeping very close eye.
Market doesn't seem too spooked by the initial news.

That's a big hit. I'm out too, surprised the share price has held up so well.

Forecast profit before tax is £76m, so this could be 50% of that and with a cover of just 1.6 I see little upside in the near future. I'm out for now.

What's the worst case on this insurance problem? They don't mention the type of insurance that has been sold and put a figure of £35-£40 million on the cost.

This could potentially reach 350sp again, unless I'm missing something?

Larva.

I have no problem with people expressing negative views. I do it myself on occasions. However, if you don't do it fairly you will lose all credibility.

Your post 495 is a copy of an FT article, published more than a year ago (25th April 2016, to be precise). It is out of date but you do not tell the readers of this board that it is out of date.

For instance, your post expresses concern that N Brown's regulator is now the FCA and quotes the Chairman's comments about the process of moving towards FCA regulation. The fact is that N Brown obtained full FCA authorisation in September 2016, viz:

In September we gained our full FCA
authorisation. This was an important
milestone for the Group and marked
the successful end to a lengthy and
thorough process.

I took that quote from page 12 of N Brown Annual Report and Accounts 2017.

I could detail other matters in your post which are also out of date but I think I've said enough already to call your position into doubt.

+US expansion. Lots of fatties there.

Fair enough but if it becomes the BOO for fatties then there is plenty of upside here.
The fatties are taking over -I would reckon plus 50% of the population.

.. with the negatives perhaps being net debt of 300m+ and 4%+ increase in operating costs (both mentioned in FY18 guidance). Since its doubled from the lows its no longer a screaming bargain ...

Bit late to be asking that, its almost "fully recovered" ...

Not too keen on most retailers but dividends and fact that 70%+ of sales are now online are positives here

Ed 123, there's been a drop in the share price as you said, but the question is is there further to go?

When would be a good entry point?

Hi TurboCharge.

Those after hours trades are only marked as 'sell' because the after market spread had the buy price higher than any trade during the day. If you look back immediately before the market close today, it would suggest that those after market trades at 288.7964p were 'buys'.

Nothwithstanding all that, the RSI chart touched 80 again recently. So, maybe it is due a fall? It wouldn't surprise me.
