28/3/2018 17:29 | @dollar We will see what the Interims bring. But ask yourself this question...given the recent fundraising, if sales were going well what reason would the company have in not making these public before tomorrow? If sales were good, RNS this and see the share price rise. Then you can negotiate more favourable CLN terms But nothing since November on sales, not even a peep I'm happy to be proved wrong but I suspect we will see a lot of talk about comparisons with 2017 and very little on recent monthly sales numbers..which I suspect are flat compared to November | doyourresearch
28/3/2018 13:54 | The previous post at 12:34 was a statement/extract from northland aim journal February edition, a write up on mysq. Easy to look up. Dyor $-) | dollar17
28/3/2018 13:42 | Your posts are completely ridiculous jaknife you are a known shorter and push the same barrage of dross on many other different company share boards. I am no ramper I don't believe I'm making outlandish unfounded statements? simply posting statements or facts from company's rns's and I would always suggest anyone to do their own research and due diligence before buying into any company. Interims are expected from mysq any day now so will give better insight to direction of company and share price. $-) | dollar17
28/3/2018 12:34 | MySQUAR (MYSQ) which, under visionary chief executive Eric Schaer, grabbed first- mover advantage back in 2012 to establish Myanmar’s first mobile social media platform. With only 4% or so of the population able to converse in an international language, he recognised the importance of communication in local Burmese. Rapid user uptake has since seen MySQUAR expand its offer beyond social networking/chat to embrace entertainment, VoIP, online news and soon mobile commerce and social payment facilities. In so doing, MySQUAR has become Myanmar’s largest operator of mobile lifestyle and entertainment applications in Myanmar, while its base of registered users has expanded from less than one million at its June 2015 year end to over 20 million by end-October 2017.$-) | dollar17
27/3/2018 18:57 | Some people will write anything to strengthen their short. Yes stalemate in the share price, however interim results should be here any day now!i am Hopeful for it to show more progress for mysquare $-) | dollar17
27/3/2018 14:21 | @JakNife...when will folk learn. The way CLNs are structured it's impossible for the lender to lose money if they short it before conversion. I can imagine the conversation with Eric...along the lines of "No problem with those terms lenders, I couldn't care less about the share price falling. All I want is to keep the gravy train on the rails. We'll issue something about you agreeing not to short the stock but knock yourselves out" | doyourresearch
21/3/2018 12:00 | A better day UP 7.35% 0n a volume of 11 milion | 888icb
17/3/2018 09:44 | MySQUAR unveils new strategy card game, Wushu King. Stephen Chong, chief operating officer of MySQUAR, said: "We are excited to release our second Wuxia mobile game and expect it will have widespread appeal to gamers in Myanmar. He added: “MySQUAR remains the largest publisher of Myanmar-language mobile games. Wushu King is the eleventh game we have released in just under two years. The Company will keep releasing mobile games on a regular basis and continues to seek mobile gaming partnerships to augment our existing game pipeline." | dollar17
15/3/2018 07:59 | That's because insider trading. They will be dumping in the rise today. BA stealing is good. | bullet ant
08/3/2018 17:37 | Just like yesterday 2 large buys after the close but larger. £50000 each! | 888icb

08/3/2018 13:36 | There is a good business case. Unfortunately MYSQ will not be the ones to exploit the opportunity as their overhead is so bloated they will never get to a point where they make enough margin to pay for it. This is a business where you are either lean and mean or incredibly well funded. MYSQ is neither | doyourresearch
08/3/2018 12:39 | There is a good business case here. Mobile payments are hot in myanmar. Check out the recent announced acquisition by Yoma (myanmar diversified investment company) which is listed in singapore. hxxp://www.yomastrat | anangf
08/3/2018 08:56 | The dormant nature of ACM is interesting. They were named on the Bushveld CLN RNS but so were Atlas Opportunities, ACM's associate/JV...not sure what One way or another ACM are becoming operators in the CLN space. Did you notice Plumtree Investments were mentioned on the RNS for the first time? Presumably they were ACM's introducer | doyourresearch
08/3/2018 00:35 | 2 Price monitoring RNS at the close to accommodate two 1.5 million share BUYS at 1.9p. | 888icb
07/3/2018 21:34 | I reckon it is a pipe / death spiral combo. ACM were dormant until a few months ago so where have they got the money from to "loan" MYSQ? This is how I think it works. Eric needs to pay bills / himself fees. Put out ramping RNS / rumours through betaville / do a podcast etc. call ACM to say start flogging shares to mug punters. Money comes in to "loan" to MYSQ, naked short position closed by converting loan notes at crashed price post pump and dump. Rinse and repeat as often as you like until the regulators finally act and suspend MYSQ. ACM at no risk of losing money as they only pay it to MYSQ when they have flogged shares making a tidy cut for themselves. What's not to like? | sweet karolina
07/3/2018 19:24 | Well operationally we will hopefully soon find out in a few weeks or sooner how revenues and possibly user numbers are progressing $-) | dollar17
07/3/2018 19:10 | Atlas Capital also provided a CLN for Bushveld Minerals last September. At the time the share price has risen from 2p to 9p so it was a strange decision on the face of it to take ostensibly death spiral finance What has happened is the price is now 8p. The price appreciation has been arrested and it's moving slowly down as presumably Atlas sell their conversions MYSQ is a very different kettle of fish. The price is already on the way down and the BoD are treating it as a personal piggy bank. Hence I think this funding just accelerates the company's demise as Atlas convert and chase it down Operationally, consider one thing. If sales were still increasing from November's 200k a month, what possible reason would the company have to not announce this? So no announcement equals rubbish sales in recent months | doyourresearch
07/3/2018 18:47 | Happy to hold. Interim report should be out by end of month going on last year so be interesting to see how mysq is progressing on all fronts $-) | dollar17
07/3/2018 17:29 | On 30/11/2017 in the final results the company chairman Piers Pottinger Quoted " While the company could certainly be profitable at the current revenue levels by cutting costs the board feels it is prudent to invest in new products and expand the user base to provide a better foundation for future growth and to continue to secure our first mover advantage." This is what the company is doing- raising funds for expansion. No company will give unsecured loan of 2.1m pounds if they thought their money will be at risk and Atlas capital are no fools. The shareholders will be rewarded in due course if they are prepared to wait. | dollar17
07/3/2018 17:19 | Atlas capital who are the current investors in this fundraiser who would have done due diligence before they invested in Mysquar. Are Atlas a bunch of mugs who can be easily fooled or are they hard bitten business people looking for good potential investment. This is not a fund raising where the pis are asked to stomp up more money in good faith, this is financiers with experience looking for future business deals and provable business plans. | dollar17 |
