Atlas capital who are the current investors in this fundraiser who would have done due diligence before they invested in Mysquar. Are Atlas a bunch of mugs who can be easily fooled or are they hard bitten business people looking for good potential investment. This is not a fund raising where the pi�s are asked to stomp up more money in good faith, this is financiers with experience looking for future business deals and provable business plans.

The Convertible Bonds and the Warrants together represent the package for the GBP2.11 million fundraise from the Investor (the "Fundraise").-- A total of 633 warrants over 20,095,238 ordinary shares of MySQUAR will be issued. The warrants have a three year term, a strike price of GBP 0.0315 and are exercisable at any time and are subject to standard provisions regarding share number and strike price adjustments whilst unexercised. The Investor has agreed not to short sell and/or borrow ordinary shares of MySQUAR with respect to the Convertible Bonds or the Warrants.

Small cap companies need to issue shares/debt to grow before becoming profit making - you see a fund raise or two every day on the markets. This provides funds to achieve their goals.

Lol so final confirmation what a complete scam this stock is. I'm not short but have been in the past. M/C too low now to bother with.

I don't often post negative stuff on Boards but I must say TW has been spot on with this one, IMO this is basically fraudulent and should not be touched with a bargepole !!!

The article extract above cones from the February issue of Aim Journal and is a very positive article about how well MYSQ is doing in its very exciting marketplace. I think new brokers will be queuing up to take on MYSQ.
Certainly interesting to see a late surge in the share price yesterday.

MySQUAR (MYSQ) which, under visionary chief executive Eric Schaer, grabbed first- mover advantage back in 2012 to establish Myanmar’s first mobile social media platform.
With only 4% or so of the population able to converse in an international language, he recognised the importance of communication in local Burmese. Rapid user uptake has since seen MySQUAR expand its offer beyond social networking/chat to embrace entertainment, VoIP, online news and soon mobile commerce and social payment facilities.
In so doing, MySQUAR has become Myanmar’s largest operator of mobile lifestyle and entertainment applications in Myanmar, while its base of registered users has expanded from less than one million at its June 2015 year end to over 20 million by end-October 2017.

Looks one of the best gambles on AIM as to an RNS on TenCent or another party bidding.
More likely the directors are holding this bid up as they want a big piece of pie.

Maybe you could enlighten us jaknife as to all the shares your invested in that go up in a straight line? it's fair to say news will come And could be at anytime. Just a case of patience simple as that. Regarding a take over the company did state "The Company does not intend to make further comment in respect of press speculation in relation to these matters however further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate and in accordance with the Company's regulatory responsibilities". These things take time and don't happen over night it took over two months for mysquar and sealand mou to be finalised!. Mysquar is progressing well $-)
