Mysquare are gaining traction The number of registered users grew by approximately 167% from 7.5 million on 12 January 2017 to over 20 million by 31 October 2017. With regards to recent takeover rumours it was stated by mysquare that Further to recent press speculation relating to Tencent Holdings Limited and other regional internet focused businesses. mysquar notes that it has held discussions in relation to commercial and investment opportunities with various regional participants in its area of business as would be expected. As noted in the Company's announcement of 3 January 2018, MYSQ confirms that while it has received an approach from another organisation which may or may not lead to a takeover offer, there can be no certainty that an offer will be made for the Company or as to the terms on which any offer might be made. Makes a lot of sense why big bids are coming in like the 4.25 million shares purchased Friday afternoon. $-)

I don’t think it was a sell and it is shown as a Buy on LSE and other sites. The absolute high for the day was 3p and the 4.25 million was at 2.988p. Everything indicates a BUY.

Volume ended at 26 million and there was a4.25 million Buy at the close costing £127000.
That is a serious amount of money and next week could be interesting!

Volume is picking up now. Just seen two 400000 Buys go through at £12000 per transaction. Volume now over 13 million.

News cant be far away now as a month has past since we last had an update about the ongoing discussions with Tencent and others. I have bought a few more.

So much chat on LSE regarding takeover and heavy buying. The reality is its normal buying and selling including boredom due to lack of news. It will come one day good or bad.

British media: Tencent intends to Myanmar MySquar social networking site investment


Beijing January 7 morning news, "The Times" reported that Tencent ready to negotiate business cooperation with MySQUAR matters, may also be invested in the company. MySQUAR is a social networking company from Myanmar listed in the United Kingdom.

It is now 15 days since we were last updated about a possible bid in a note to the AGM RNS which said the Company is in VARIOUS discussions which are continuing in a constructive way. It is getting time for a further update or a bid

I doubt a giant like TenCent would get involved in a bidding war for a minnow like MYSQ. Just being involved with them should rocket the share price.
