Sorry, but this has got AFPO written all over it....

Fair comment tryagain. If you believe this version then buy some more. I doubt you'll be able to keep up with the level of dilution coming your way.

I would rather listen to the horse's mouth than any BB poster.

"The business will be operating on a run rate break even basis by or around the end of this month"

Now that doesn't mean to say there isn't invoices to be paid but I wholly expect this revenue to increase month on month from the break even at the end of this month.

We may take until September/October to show a bottom line break even but it will get there and investors live for this kind of opportunity.

Just because you write an article with a lot of words it doesn't mean you know what is going on obviously.

JakNife I concur almost completely.

However there is no Convertible in place. It was retired during a recent placing of an eye watering 235,294,120 shares at 0.85p/share.

Apologies if you knew this and you meant that the those holding these new shares would be selling into the market as even 3p must look very tempting having subscribed at 0.85p.

The revenue numbers are almost certainly a red herring to create buyers to hover up the huge number of shares issued and held by insiders. In reality the software development revenue could be being invoiced to a third related party recognised now but will never be collected. Debtor days will no doubt balloon in time.

The App revenue again may never drop to the bottom line as there will be significant costs e.g. cut to the billing operator Telenor (probably >30%), cut to the owners of the games (most are licensed). Charge backs by users not being able or willing to pay. Promotional costs e.g. free bets etc. Personally I'd be amazed if gross margins were even positive at this stage.

As for extrapolating double digit monthly growth well that's always going to look fantastic. In reality if there was that much revenue with solid gross margins available to hover up competitors would be all over it. There are plenty of large players in Asia and being able to change the language on some of the existing apps is trivial and not expensive. There is simply no USP which can protect that sort of growth.

Dandelion: Many thanks.

I revisited my excel sheet and noticed the cell references for some of the formulas were not correct. I have updated my original post accordingly and will re-post it after this.

Please note, I have compounded the growth rate monthly six times starting from June and with the quoted 7k USD figure in the latest revenue update from the company.

From Beaufort today:-

MySQUAR’s position as the go-to local-language site for such online products and services, suggests revenue-take now has potential to commence a dramatic, almost unstoppable expansion

Mr Hat surely 20% compound growth per month (on a starting point of the $7,000 Per Day at the moment) works out at $17,500 per day by December!

Or $37,650 @ 40%!

You too. I'm the middle man. Don't hold. And there is a distinct pro LSE and con ADFVN approach here. Either way having a beer as we speak.

Sid. It is nice to have people like you on board for balance. It is nice to see you are not taking things to heart. I have previously warned people on LSE board not to expect the share price to rise everyday. Have a nice day.

Mr Hat. Well done. This board is full of assumptions from a little share club who like to dominate this board. I'm here to keep them on their toes.

Well, I simply went with the details already available in those revenue updates.

Will re-assess as and when we get further information, rather than make any assumptions.

Mr Hat - how much are they spending to attain that level of revenue? The fact they've missed out this very important information suggests to me that gross profit margins are very small. I suspect the telco will take a large slice and there will be a lot of clawbacks due to chargeback fees.

Just re-read the last two revenue updates, and did some calculations based on the latest 40% increase in daily revenue from May to early June.

Previously the revenue growth rate from April to May was reported to be around 20% (i.e. from 3900 to 5000 USD).

If the current 40% growth rate is maintained for the rest of the year, then compounded this would mean around 53k USD daily revenue in December, translating to a projected annual revenue of circa 19m USD.

If the growth rate keeps increasing at the same rate as it has done from April to June, then the above numbers would be higher still.

Looking at it more conservatively however...

A monthly growth rate of 30% gives 34k USD daily at year end, or circa 12m USD in projected annual revenue.

A monthly growth rate of 20% gives 21k USD daily at year end, or circa 7.5m USD in projected annual revenue.

The poor guy is trying to recover from getting stopped out of his short yesterday morning. Great to own stock and not have to worry over every small movement.
