Directorate Change

MySale Group plc (AIM: MYSL) (the "the group"), the leading international online retailer, confirms the following change to the board of directors.

The group's Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Dingle, has stepped down from the board with immediate effect and will leave the group at the end of October 2018, following a handover process, to pursue another opportunity.

Maarit Piisila, Group Financial Controller, shall assume day-to-day responsibility for the finance function reporting directly to Carl Jackson, Chief Executive Officer.

Carl Jackson said: "We would like to thank Andrew for contribution to the development of the group, including the flotation in 2014, and wish him well in his future career."
