why do you regard CF's position as an overhang.....implying they wish/have to reduce/sell their holding.

....I seem to recall that CF increased their holding in the recent fund raising at 230p.

This fund is now under new management anyway...previous holders of the old CF fund may well thank their lucky stars that they hold this position.

It is a great company. With an amazing product.

And as they have a profit sharing distribution agreement with the mighty Schlumberger I can only see growth expanding.
