MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused merchant bank, announces that the 21,119,790 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") held in treasury which were purchased pursuant to the Company's extended share buy back programme announced on 3 April 2017 have been cancelled. There are no longer any Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

The total number of exercisable voting rights in the Company is 3,351,367,484. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determined if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
