Resignation as Financial Adviser to CORETX

MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused merchant bank, announces that MXC Capital Markets LLP has resigned as Financial Adviser to CORETX Holdings Plc ("CORETX"). MXC advised the Board of CORETX on its admission to AIM in January 2016 and its subsequent acquisitions of two complementary businesses over the past year and a half. The business is now well positioned to become a leading provider of Cloud and Managed IT Services to the UK mid-market. Andy Ross, CEO of CORETX will also, by mutual consent, step down from his position as an operating partner at MXC with our full support to concentrate solely on his role at CORETX.
