Issue of Equity/ Total Voting Rights

MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused advisor and investor, announces that, following receipt of a notice of exercise of options by a former employee of the Company's predecessor, 2ergo, the Company has allotted 2,400,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares").

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 13 June 2018.

Following Admission, the total number of exercisable voting rights in the Company will be 3,360,167,484. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
