Taken us to minimum 73 to buy. Hopefully we will be able to suddenly kick off in earnest from a higher price if a few more see the merit in this in the interim.

The MXLG buy and build was announced on 20th. November 2017, with Tony Weaver focusing ( specsavers? ) on it.
'The newly established joint venture company will initially seek to undertake a series of acquisitions in order to create an enterprise of size and scale, taking advantage of MXC's knowledge and understanding of the market, Liberty Global's existing network and solutions, as well as the opportunities both parties see to consolidate what remains a fragmented market.'
MXLG bought SICL on 23rd. April 2018. Perhaps MXCP have finished tidying up what they can with other matters and will now resume where they left off. On the face of it, the Freer appointment seems to indicate that.

He is currently Chief Commercial Officer of Liberty Global Content Investments through which he sits on the board of a number of investee companies. Simon is Chairman of Hong Kong based Formula E Holdings and (as disclosed below) is Non-Executive Director of the holding companies of UK media groups All3media and Constructive Media respectively.

It puts £22'721'000 back into MXCO coffers

Their original investment was £8.7m not including loans and warrants @61p

MXCP originally owned 20% but now own 25% so they added or exercised or got given more during this time.
But it looks like it is roughly what £10m in profit for MXCP?
Not too shabby if it is?

It listed @67p so £1.10 is pretty good in that sense.

But it looks like MXCP are in need of the cash otherwise they would have held onto what looks like it was a cash cow for them.

I hope so. Put a lot more cash back into Mxc, to offset the Ide loan notes done and underwritten. Then maybe we can move on with the balance, rather than sitting on the cash.
