The simple fact is how could a JV with LIBERTY GLOBAL not be of benefit to shareholders? There is no need to know anything more than that when the management have the size of stake they have. Their interests are all that concerns them. Those interests are fully in tune with all other shareholders. It's no more complicated than that.
