21/12/2004 19:48 | Up to £3.80 now, should have taken my own advice. Still more to come. I expect the next quoted NAV figure to be over £5 and the discount to narrow in 2005. | makingheaps
30/11/2004 15:46 | I agree and the discount is even bigger if you look at the NAV including the two premises revalued and ignore deferred tax. Over 40% !! I'm looking for £4 fair value and hopefully higher next year with yet again improved results and higher dividend plus news on REITS to narrow the discount. The problem seems to be lack of coverage but their record is really very impressive. | makingheaps
29/11/2004 12:22 | Today's results look pretty good to me: Current offer of 338p represents a 26% discount to "Diluted net assets per share" of 457p. | david77
05/6/2004 23:54 | That also includes bear posters. | oswd
11/3/2004 17:18 | Now Now lets just stay calm and liquid. | ben gunn
10/3/2004 23:38 | Niggle, You are welcome to do better. Your comments are idiotic, since all of those tops were tops, though of a short term nature. And i made HUGE money in 2003, so I have no complaints. Howd you do, h5lf-w1t? | energyi
10/3/2004 23:36 | WHAT a TOP looks like: | energyi
20/12/2003 02:35 | they look like tops, something you could not spot if your life depended on it! lol! | niggle

05/11/2003 00:50 | energyis a bright chap. whats the XMI.X index ( major markets) never heard of it being a limey. that also looks to have topped to me.- what is it ? | theape
05/11/2003 00:46 | ... and if the transports is topping, the Industrials etc certainly aint going anywhere! | mike_c
04/11/2003 21:08 | E Also agree, keep posting. there's a lot more peeps appreciate your contributions than those who prefer to be negative. Even if I don't necessarily agree with your view, I do recognise the quality of the arguments, which I guess is part of your aim. | ashtongray
04/11/2003 06:52 | energyi - keep posting, those who don't want to read your posts can simply not read them, easy really. Well the Dow couldn't get above 9900 yesterday, so maybe it is mainly down from here, I think we've had 6 days of gains so a day of losses will not be a surprise. | gedy
03/11/2003 23:34 | Re POST 45 Was this Bill Adlard? | dondee
03/11/2003 23:18 | SOMETIMES, I wonder why I bother to post these things, but here goes (from Tigers Den tonight): 23:00:07 {Shar} According to Bob Carver, after the NYSE stopped trading Monday, the pros continued to sell the futures off sharply , suggesting they think the top is in. And he thinks they are right | energyi
03/11/2003 18:16 | I wonder if there is any correlation between lemming booms and market booms? | goatbreath
03/11/2003 15:18 | ...we have been in e of e of E for months now according to some chartists, personally I like elliot waves over the short term 5 legs the abc the 5 etc..nothing too complicated but it does im keep early entries down to a minimum if you wait for one of those patterns to complete | hooya
03/11/2003 15:14 | Elliot Waves are better at Lows than Highs IMO | energyi
03/11/2003 15:11 | I don't know if anyone reads the Business on a Sunday, a certain chartist was very aggressively calling the top in the dow etc etc. I used to subscribe to his services until 2 or 3 months ago, he uses Elliott Waves. Oh dear, i know he trades his calls, and he has called the top since June every month....tut tut tut | thedickster |
