I'm glad Oriole forced me out of this at 9.5p. I used to hold 1,200 pp in this.

It looks like the market doesn't know what to make of the results, either that or it has absolutely f&*k all interest in the shares one way or the other!

On a separate note, in light of the fact that there has been no Form 8.3 Notifications since 9th February, can I take it that the 'offer' period for the company has lapsed and that the company is no longer negotiating with potential acquirers?

Read what that saying over on the lse forum. You will learn that the takeover is on the cards at over 30p and that the music magpie business is exceeding expectations. This should be worth way more than 10.8m. I have never seen a retail stock to so undervalued as this one is.

Sellers now out and new buyers are in. A march up to 15p is on the cards.

Good news to resellers is that the unfranked bar coded stamps sold on eBay do work.
Due to the post office scandal re-sellers now can re-use stamps as much as they like.
The Royal Mail is too shamed to be prosecuting anyone.

APH better than FAB, eg APH is generating 180m revenues & net profit but FAB is generating 0 revenues & requires funding

Loads of superdry money is now pilling into here for the takeover. While with FAB it is seeing a huge amount of buying from the HE1 profits.

Not saying they do Weaver as the last update indicated an improvement in cash but there must be a reason behind the share price Personally, I'm a big fan of this business and would like to see it being a huge success.

Why do they need a fund raise?

Agree, it does seem like a bargain but the share price decline is worrying. There may be a fundraise on the horizon but it would be horrific at these prices so hopefully not.
