ISSUE OF EQUITY
The Company announces that, on 10 October 2017, it sold from treasury 31,417 Ordinary shares of 25p each (the "New Shares") for cash at a price of 1294.0235p. The New Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 12 October 2017.
Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 127,749,653 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right. There are 800,423 Ordinary shares remaining in Treasury.
