05/7/2021 09:14:24 | Mulberry Sale now on. Huge reductions on some bags - super value just like the shares are at present it seems to me.
After the surge of business when shops re-opened, I guess they are having a sale to keep them in line with the retailers that are having their sales to clear out of season stock, so they can bring out their new collections for the busy Autumn period and run up to Christmas. | clocktower
02/7/2021 15:14:05 | LOL - dennis.
Just got to get over the hump and away it will go. :-) | clocktower
01/7/2021 16:02:31 | Spread takes me back to Soho...
Wouldn't mind more stock but will wait... Longterm, no concerns at all.

01/7/2021 15:12:29 | Last week the share price would drop if a sale of 500 shares went through - now it seems as those trades that look like sells might be buys as an order is being filled.
Very interesting and exciting times ahead, as you say greg and a few weeks of steam building I suggest, as these things always start to leak nearer to the time. | clocktower
01/7/2021 13:59:14 | Going to get very interesting here soon mate. I think 500p plus will be seen as a bargain soon. People look like they are loading up again. 3 weeks to results. | gregpeck7
01/7/2021 11:55:15 | In it was recently reported that another maker who was selling pre-loved bags was doing a fabulous amount of business, so I think Mulberry have also hit the jackpot with this as it reflects the Made to Last commitment and is great for anyone wanting to swap for a newer model. | clocktower
01/7/2021 10:13:01 | Agree...
I particularly like the way they seem to be hitting the younger market as well, and TikTok...
That has not always been the case for Mulberry.
I really suspect they are doing incredibly well... Not long till we find out....
Still below where the shares went post the trading update, which was incredible really, not only not making a loss, but a profit, after forecasting a loss, right in the grip of lockdown... I don't think that is well understood.
P/E here should probably be 50 plus, so at 10m profits, which is probably achievable going forward, the business should be valued at well over 500m points... Currently about 200m...
For the record LVMH PE is about 38... | gregpeck7
01/7/2021 09:41:58 | greg, thanks for those links. My thoughts and research very much mirror your projections as they have built such a strong business in Asia but not only that, I am sure that since Mike A bought in a bargain price, before all his stores re-opened has given a huge boost to the UK business.
Given the losses that occurred due to DEB's situation, I believe that is well and truly behind the business, never to be repeated. A lesson well learned I suspect.
I can see MA selling his stake and a huge bid being made for MUL in the next 2 years - so build on what one has, as cash becomes available - buying on the way up is a good move imo and I look forward to adding in due course. | clocktower

30/6/2021 15:09:34 | 450 to 500p pre results then the lid comes off is my guess clocktower... what are your thoughts? I'm thinking they may well say they can't make things fast enough! | gregpeck7
29/6/2021 09:41:46 | Thanks for the link greg - Stated as it is I noticed. Exciting times ahead for the brand. | clocktower

28/6/2021 15:45:46 | Thanks I'll do that. | gregpeck7
28/6/2021 15:41:00 | Write to the company with proof that you own 500 shares (check the number with them first or you can find it on the website somewhere). | clocktower
28/6/2021 15:33:22 | How do you get that shareholders discount again mate I might get something next month for the wife! | gregpeck7
28/6/2021 15:26:44 | MM clearly need stock as any they get is being swallowed up, and I guess everyone is waiting, like yourself to see if you can get hold of any more at under £3.20.
I doubt it, I think £3.40 will look cheap tomorrow at close. | clocktower
28/6/2021 15:26:44 | double post error. | clocktower
28/6/2021 15:13:21 | Understandable. I am waiting for 4 digit price here before selling any significant amounts. Looks like a few larger delayed trades showing now, | gregpeck7
28/6/2021 14:57:55 | Well done getting more at that price today,I am fully invested greg, so although they are less than a quarter of what I expect them to be in a few months time, I am currently unable to add, unless I were to liquidate others, and as I like to keep a wide portfolio, so I will not be doing that, as bar some blue chip, the other stocks I hold also stand to grow exponentially imo in the next few months also - like PTD and and few others in other sectors. | clocktower
28/6/2021 14:34:03 | Does move fast. I added another 1000 to the pile earlier will keep adding on weakness | gregpeck7
28/6/2021 14:31:52 | Seems like someone else has cottoned on and started picking up bargain priced stock imo. DYOR. | clocktower
28/6/2021 14:12:08 | Absolute steal at current prices, just wait for trading update.. | gregpeck7
