MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), a technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 87,038,724 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of NIS 0.01 each and one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is therefore 87,038,724.

The figure of 87,038,724 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As Motorola's global prime-distributor Mottech serves its customers worldwide through its international subsidiaries and a global network of local distributors and representatives.
