Posting of circular and Scrip Dividend Election Form

Further to the Company's 'Final Results' announcement released earlier today, in which reference was made to the scrip dividend alternative (the "Scrip Dividend Alternative") that MTI is offering to shareholders in respect of the final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2017, the Company announces that the circular (the "Circular") setting out the terms of and explaining the instructions for taking up the Scrip Dividend Alternative has now been posted to shareholders.
