     MSB AWARDED JOINT SUPPLIER STATUS FOR UNISYS I.T. CONTRACT RECRUITMENT
                                SERVICES IN THE UK


MSB International PLC ("MSB" or "The Company"), a leading provider of human
capital and recruitment solutions, announces that it has been selected as one of
two preferred suppliers for the provision of IT contract recruitment and
additional related services to Unisys, the global information technology and
service company.

With over 300 IT contractors in the UK and an estimated annualised spend of over
#20 million, Unisys has been seeking to consolidate further its IT recruitment
suppliers, as part of their ongoing recruitment strategy in the UK.

The tendering process, which involved leading recruitment organisations,
resulted in MSB being selected as a preferred supplier for an initial period of
two-years.

Unisys will be taking advantage of MSB's innovative service initiatives, some of
which have been specifically developed to provide Unisys with improved business
processes, increasing efficiency with the delivery of quality resources,
reducing time to hire and ultimately delivering cost savings. These initiatives
include enhanced account management, resource planning and delivery, quality
assurance, technical verification, a comprehensive 10-year security screening
scheme, MSB's vehicle management programme and an extensive contractor care
policy.
