I agree rivaldo but well wacked of that high by 20% and those director buys just say there's something cooking here imo. They look liable to a bid imo, from their size, I think there could be any number of companies that could buy these for their market cap, nick the cash and sell off two of the divisions and keep the part they want and end up with that bit for nothing. Deep down tho I think this year is the year when they increase margins on the back of rising steel prices last year. CR

Hi CR. I guess MSI may or may not bid re the aircraft carriers, but they've lost out in the past to others - I've searched for MSI systems on aircraft carriers in the past and not found anything. For example: http://www.probertencyclopaedia.com/cgi-bin/res.pl?keyword=Harrier+FA2&offset=0 That's not to say MSI aren't a good investment. I made good money on them in the past as you have, but they're soooo frustrating and volatile sometimes that this is one of the few shares which I try to time in respect of buying around results time etc rather than in the likely hiatus in between. Which means they'll shoot up now!

So not only have the directors not sold any of their recent options to cover their (sizeable) tax hit, they have also purchased additional shares (twice), with the latest being at the all time £2 high. Quite a vote of confidence.
