09/3/2018 11:04 | Strong price action. Feels good. | smallcapinvestor1
08/3/2018 08:08 | You need to get out a bit more and read some trading books, and think about the maths of this. I used to invest but only trade now. Doesn't mean I trade short term but if it's going up I'm interested and if it's trending down I am out. This one is definitely not trending down. Other than that i take all bb comments and more seasoned experts with a large pinch of salt unless I see something really ridiculous like the suggestion that this is a terrible chart | davr0s
07/3/2018 20:30 | Never trade, trading is for idiots. Either invest or short. It's always a game of poker on here never give your hand away. The seller could very well be a ramper on here. The chart looks weak, once it fails watch it cascade | ronwilkes123
07/3/2018 19:06 | If you think this is the worse chart you've seen then I'd recommend you stop trading now lol. (Presume your short) | davr0s
07/3/2018 14:09 | Still the big seller boys if it's the 20% holder then this isn't going anywhere but down | ronwilkes123
07/3/2018 13:49 | Looking at the chart, the share price is currently on the lower side of a channel that has been rising steadily since mid November. It is also bouncing nicely off the 50D. | martinthebrave
07/3/2018 13:35 | Lol Rhomboid. I wish all my investments had a chart this poor ;) Happy to add at these levels & expect them to be far higher in 12 months. | xajorkith
07/3/2018 13:03 | Hello Ron Have you got the chart upside down perhaps? | rhomboid
07/3/2018 12:47 | Share price won't go anywhere based on the seller if it is the 20% holder this has no chance of going any further One of the poorest charts I've ever seen | ronwilkes123
07/3/2018 12:06 | Was looking but not worth buying whilst seller makes a mess of chart, will come back before interims, implies something hidden. | ronwilkes123
07/3/2018 11:44 | Seller back this morning. Another 4 x £15k & 2 x £7.5k so far. share price pulled back after bright start. | martinthebrave
06/3/2018 21:53 | It seems that EV isn't really taken into account in this market. Another example is GMD, more cash than the market cap, no debt and no pension...crazy. | thevaluehunter
06/3/2018 17:34 | Please delete that post teela some of us are patiently waiting to buy some more :) | spob
06/3/2018 17:22 | I'm a little surprised at today's share price reaction following the results. Using the useful link from mfhmfh to the new Equity Development report the following measures are apparent: 146p cash per share EPS of 4.2p for 2017 and 9.9p for 2018. Share price at close of play today 167.5p. Taking the cash from the share price leaves 21.5p for the working parts. This gives a cash adjusted PE of 5.1 for 2017 and 2.2 for next year. That's got to be cheap! Equity Development gives a NAV of 216p or share. Again, stripping the cash from this leaves assets of 70p. These are currently valued at 21.5p (167.5-146). That's a considerable discount. Incidentally, Equity Development have increased their valuation of the company to 225p from 180p. Whilst Mpac is looking for aquisitions, I wouldn't be surprised if other engineering companies are considering how Mpac could boost them. | teela brown
06/3/2018 13:53 | We have a £15k seller today. More than a dozen trades have gone through for this amount plus a few pairs at £7.5k. Until the seller clears the share price will be depressed. | martinthebrave
06/3/2018 13:49 | When you say the share price is falling, you mean falling from the spike at the beginning of the month. Take off the blinkers and the share price is rising nicely. I've bought in today at what is to all intents and purposes a 52 week high. It wouldn't surprise me if some people are disappointed about no dividend when it is a nonsense for a company this size to be paying one at all. Growth metrics are positive, money should be invested in the company. | hpcg
06/3/2018 12:25 | Must be falling because certain holders were waiting for the results to sell. They sell the news irrespective of what it says. Then momentum punters see it falling and think the results must be bad so they sell too. | smallcapinvestor1
06/3/2018 11:56 | Dipped my toe in today with a purchase at 170.4p (inc. costs.) The pension deficit is still a bit of a concern, and the spread isn't great either but I now see this as a growth stock. Hopefully. | gostevie63
06/3/2018 11:48 | Why is it falling then? | yellowdog
06/3/2018 10:44 | Agreed Tiswas, I really think this is one for the long term, stupidly cheap when cash taken into consideration. | mobtheplod
06/3/2018 10:29 | I can only think that some people were hoping for a large return of cash or a substantial divi, why else the selling? I would look to buy a few more once that spread narrows a bit. | tiswas
06/3/2018 08:30 | Net cash of £29.4m available for potential acquisitions. Hence no dividend being paid. IMHO. Also: | mfhmfh
06/3/2018 08:24 | Basic eps from continuing activities 12.2pNet cash £29.4mOrder intake and sales strongly ahead of last year.Excellent results. | smallcapinvestor1
06/3/2018 08:23 | great full year results today with promising outlook. All IMHO. | mfhmfh
28/2/2018 17:22 | Great to see this moving to new highs ahead of next week's results :) One of my largest holdings & confident this will go much higher as more become aware of the exceptional value. | xajorkith |
