A good opportunity to add more. Topped up with another 4600 (2300 + 2300) shares. IMO it will hit £5 by Christmas.

I've been slowly adding here over the course of the past week and since the update.

A quiet board but with a very strong and robust company,

Certainly justified his 9th March Covid Winners recommendation at 215p, a price which still could have been obtained last week.

What a performance ! I think the market and investors are realising its true potential and understanding its resilience during the hardest times ever. Then its value is peanuts compared to what it can deliver. 50 million market cap delivering 88 million revenue with better numbers at the end of this year. IMO this is far undervalued.

I think the market was especially impressed by how the management overcame a unique hard circumstance that never happened before: A pandemic where every business activity was almost frozen, a situation nobody was prepared to deal with. Mpac have quickly managed to adapt and run the business in an efficient way. This is what really determines the strength and the future prospects of any company. Then, comes this statement confirming their resilience - instead of saying "we are slowing down with orders going down" they stated:
"Our order book going into the second half of 2020 of GBP45.4m remains strong (30 June 2019: GBP39.9m) and to date, no orders have been cancelled due to COVID-19."

Tiger: I won't be surprised to see the company snapped up before the share price runs away because a 48 million company making 88 million turnover should be peanuts to a larger competitor. IMO anything below £6/7 is undervalued.

Tiger, I don't disagree with your points - the future looks decent for MPAC. I just didn't like the omission.

I think you are being picky

Cash has increased.
A small profit will be reported
Orders delayed should come through in 2 nd half .
Overall the year will be down on last year but then jump to 40 p plus in year starting January.
This problem for holders will be getting to fair value (600p ) before we are taken out by a bigger player.
Very strong chance of us being bid for in the 2 nd half
Would holders turn down 360p ?

Not impressed that the RNS failed to mention a 25% drop in revenues in the TU, then have the CEO announce it here instead:

shanklin - Who gives dividends nowadays ? Even the traditional big boys of the FTSE100 flush with cash, have suspended it.

I would have liked tomsee the bad news refering revenues going down 25% in the rns. We must be transparent

So no dividends for a while having accepted furlough cash... ...unless they return the cash they seem not to have needed.

Impressive performance in the midst of a pandemic. Nothing dented at all. Mpac have shown that they have fully adapted to new tough conditions by developing new digital/virtual measures to continue dealing and supporting customers together with the marketing of their new products. They really have big thinkers and risk assessment planners. Well done to the management !
