Mountview Estates Plc (LSE:MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, has informed the Company yesterday that his wife, Charlotte Williams and his two children have purchased a total of 160 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 6 March 2020 at a price of GBP110.20 per share.

Following this transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 62,072 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.59 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
