Outlook

The outlook for CAF continues to be strong into 2017/18 and based on the demand for high quality, large commercial flooring contracts, its leading position in its market place and the proposed expansion of its business into the supply and installation of new products associated with CAF's core activities. The Board believes that the prospects for CAF will remain increasingly bright for a number of years.

The Board takes a similar view of MBG's prospects and notes the major change in its financial performance that followed from the reduction of its cost base and the change to a strategy of pursuing higher margin, lower risk contracts and is satisfied that both will perform strongly during 2017 and 2018

I do like that the management own over 53% of the entire issued share capital of the business. Now that is what you term 'skin in the game'

Interesting that they based their forecast not only for the rest of 2017 but also extend it out to 2018 which suggests confidence in earnings visibility

I checked at the close and assuming the 100k near the close was a buy and not a sell as reported, then buys still outweighed sells although towards the end of the day it became easier to buy than to sell.

Just been back in to double check the trades and there is a late reported trade of 500k @ 2.05. My guess is that it might be a sell from this morning which would mean an even more impressive performance to have not backtested.
