Payables also rose sharply so imagine just the lumpy nature & timing of the contracts.

Don't have definitive answer but receivables in HY16 were 56% of sales and in HY17 receivables were 51% of sales. In HY19 they were 58% of sales (5.5m / 9.14m) so only slightly higher than in other historical trading periods.

Well, if there are big contracts in the offing, Someone somewhere knows about them.

Of course, I am not saying that anybody would be sneaky enough to use that info!

Anyone familiar with this share knows that when someone sells it goes down. For the bid to rise out of no where the other day to 1.62 when mid was 1.5 with no buys raised suspicion. Then today it popped 12% up pretty much out of nowhere again. 1.5m shares traded and 1.2m sells but still up. Chart looks good too
