Why overpay when they can take it private at 2p? The directors own the majority of the shares and your votes won't count for anything anyways. Financial news and new contracts have not led to a re-rate in the past; therefore no reason to expect a re-rate on further contracts. More likely to go down to 1.3p and rinse-repeat.

If this doesn't get a re rate higher and I was sat on the board I would seriously look at taking it private at .5p. There is no share holder value here and the directors will want bonuses etc which are not really justified by the share priceThey would save 250k PA by not being listed and could do as they chose as a life style business. Someone would fund it at 7% on cash I expect

Stock seems to have been tight all week mike...earlier in the week one could both buy and sell a max 150k online. Great to see the relatively small buys of 125k yesterday and 100k today affecting the share price

From memory however, one could only sell up to 150k @ 1.71 this afternoon.
