One could buy 1m going into the close last Friday. Just need to eat that supply up.

Hi A254278, The BOD's duty is not to get the share price up. It's to run the company cogently, which they are doing. Given the improvement in performance already and more to come, share price improvement will follow. No BOD or NOMAD or bróker is responsible for the short-term ups and downs of the share price Some punters are taking profits. That's normal, even after an excellent set of results. I've just bought a few more at just above 2p and will continue to do so, if the share price falls below 2p.

Bought some earlier at what is now above the offer price :-( Looks quite a decent turnaround going on, with PBT and cash flow ramping up, particularly in H2. They obviously still need a year or so to get out of TBV being -ve, so that their BS is more solid, but they seem to be moving quite quickly in the right direction.

I think it's time to change broker and NOMAD. They are clearly not supporting the BOD in trying to get the share price up.

Very solid results, with the promise of yet better performance in 2018, at the least.

I suspect there will be major contract news in the not too distant future ...

Despite the positive results, I am still being quoted 1.702 to sell 550k.

Unfortunately due the the time we have taken to get to this point we will see lots of sellers into any rise. Patience required again

Lovely jubbly ... as Warren Buffet once said ‘The stock market is a mechanism for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient ‘ and this is a prime example. I guess we won’t be seeing liki here again ...

They've actually used their twitter account this morning. They must be happy with them

Obviously my previous valuations are based on historic earnings. Given their strong order book and valuations being based on forward PE it is not unrealistic for them to trade much higher than 5p this year

£20m = broadly 8p a share - or a 4 bagger from here. For newbies....a buyout of £20m triggers a significant financial lump of £3m for the directors.

The £20m buy out seems about the right price

They look like pretty good results to me - It's another company showing good profit - I think one of the reason why it is currently at these levels was the cash position - That has now changed -

Terrific results. And tucked away in the background to add to the strong and confident outlook for both CAF and MBG is this: "The construction market The Group continues to experience extremely strong levels of activity in terms of enquiries and tenders and the Board is confident as to the strength and sustainability of the current strong demand for services provided by the Group." It does indeed look rather "cheap"!

Bigfella....I agree a P/E of 20 would seem fair for such a company. Order book already £16.2m and the rate they are winning contracts it will probably hit £20m+ before long.

Stunning figures, low rating and very positive forward looking statements. Currently looking very 'cheap'.

So what PE should you attribute to a small cap growth company. Anywhere else with the growth demonstrated over the last few years a PE north of 20 would not be out of place. 20 would see them somewhere near 5p. PE 15 3.5p given they have near doubled PBT again seems undemanding.

Now we have it clearly stated....'The Board strategy is for the Group to become a highly profitable, mid-sized operation '....as far I am concerned that means a market cap far higher than now. Group's strategy The Board strategy is for the Group to become a highly profitable, mid-sized operation that provides specialist construction and flooring services in a number of diverse but related areas but with a particular focus on the fit-out sector. The Group's reputation has been built on its ability to undertake and to manage specialist construction services to a high level of quality and to deliver the completed project to the client on time. This will remain at the core of its strategy.
