They've actually used their twitter account this morning. They must be happy with them

Obviously my previous valuations are based on historic earnings. Given their strong order book and valuations being based on forward PE it is not unrealistic for them to trade much higher than 5p this year

£20m = broadly 8p a share - or a 4 bagger from here. For newbies....a buyout of £20m triggers a significant financial lump of £3m for the directors.

The £20m buy out seems about the right price

They look like pretty good results to me - It's another company showing good profit - I think one of the reason why it is currently at these levels was the cash position - That has now changed -

Terrific results. And tucked away in the background to add to the strong and confident outlook for both CAF and MBG is this: "The construction market The Group continues to experience extremely strong levels of activity in terms of enquiries and tenders and the Board is confident as to the strength and sustainability of the current strong demand for services provided by the Group." It does indeed look rather "cheap"!

Bigfella....I agree a P/E of 20 would seem fair for such a company. Order book already £16.2m and the rate they are winning contracts it will probably hit £20m+ before long.

Stunning figures, low rating and very positive forward looking statements. Currently looking very 'cheap'.

So what PE should you attribute to a small cap growth company. Anywhere else with the growth demonstrated over the last few years a PE north of 20 would not be out of place. 20 would see them somewhere near 5p. PE 15 3.5p given they have near doubled PBT again seems undemanding.

Now we have it clearly stated....'The Board strategy is for the Group to become a highly profitable, mid-sized operation '....as far I am concerned that means a market cap far higher than now. Group's strategy The Board strategy is for the Group to become a highly profitable, mid-sized operation that provides specialist construction and flooring services in a number of diverse but related areas but with a particular focus on the fit-out sector. The Group's reputation has been built on its ability to undertake and to manage specialist construction services to a high level of quality and to deliver the completed project to the client on time. This will remain at the core of its strategy.

Exactly he/she is an infant. Credit to him/her as the constant drivel has worked a touch and spooked a few into selling. Fair play. He/she will have a target buy in price.

There will be quite a few looking to cash in on profit and losses on results days. Let's have a bet, I foresee a close below 1.65p on results day.

Hopefully you are not double counting since that should already be reflected in the figure you quote.

And please let's not forget this:For Connaught Access Flooring Limited ("CAF"), the main feature of the year was the completion of its GBP5.8m contract for flooring at a new City HQ office building. As a result of the hiatus in the construction industry that followed the Referendum the signing and start of work on a new contract (announced on 7 March 2017 but negotiated over the previous year) was postponed until early this year and this resulted in income that the Board had expected CAF to earn in the latter part of 2016 being deferred to 2017.

That will be the PBT they are planning to report. This is not the same as what the market expects.
