The directors need the business to be in a position to have something to sing about....they have done all the hard work turning the business around and we are approaching a time when significant growth looks more than likely and I would hope to see more self-promotion.

There are only approx 115 million shares in free float, for a "penny" share that is remarkably low.

They already hold plenty. The only reason they would do that is to de list and take it private

I reckon we could see some significant director buys once they are out of closed period, although they do seem to hold above 50% among them.

Buy 2million in the open market each that'll do it

Peter Jay and Andy Collins must be wondering what the hell they have to do to the share price moving

Yes. £3m debt was wiped off and converted to founder shares that are only recognised in a sale of the company for over £20m

Were loan notes redeemable at 20m or greater company valuation? Or did I misread that?

I would have thought you would need a market cap of at least £10m to get a generous £20m buyout. Right now...paying £20m for a £5m company looks over the top. So the directors need to get their fingers out and start getting the wider market to take note. I am hoping the next set of figures will do just that

Am of the opinion the opinion that the objective here is some kind of trade sale in the future at min of 20m???

No jeevsje...I top sliced 250k on Tuesday morning. In the past I would have added back later in the day in the 1.8s but resisted as doing that previously has led to me holding too many for such a small company. I still want to top slice some but certainly not under 2p.

Bleach, was the 900k one a few days back yours?

Rather than a background buyer @ 2p it looks as though we have a seller. Just one sale of 300k this morning and the rest (almost 700k) are buys yet the price continues to soften. Agree with rivaldo/mike comments.

We are sat at 2pm on the back of great news flow. What's to complain about.Yes I'd love this to spike to 8p but it's more likely to get to 3-5p on good news and investors not 30min traders.

Agreed re the sustained rise being preferable - let's have a boring and steady rise during the days and weeks ahead, with investors with a timeframe of longer than an hour or two coming on board.

The company needs to be firmer with brokers. I understand that they can't make profit projections that I think is why we seem to go nowhere on what appears to be great newsflow

Much prefer a sustained rise. When it spikes mms crucify the traders and force it down in panic. 3p

Standoff from both buyers and sellers. Market makers need to find a new range to attract interest. One piece of advice for them - let this re-rate and they will see the volume they like and get commission from.
