By looks of prices, they are mostly buys to me. We all should know that we can ignore how ADVFN and similar platforms estimate the buy/sell. Since at some stages today one couldn't even get a quote for selling 100 shares @ 1.85, there is no way they were sells at the 1.93/1.94 level imo. By the way if you paid 1.98p for 151,262 shares yesterday afternoon I'd suggest you need to change broker.

Indeed, firming up very nicely, nid should tick up to 1.85p soon. There seem to be consistent buying going on now.

Another 2x250k just bought - either a sell order is soaking these up or it has to pop at some point?

Bid's now firming on the back of that flurry of small trades on NEX

They want 2.06 for 500k and 1.933 for 100k. Hence, I doubt there is a background seller. Usually, if there were a background seller, the ask would be the same for both quantities. All this need is a bit of volume like FISH.

Around 1.8m shares reported so far today with (imo) only 450k sells and yet the Offer is as low as it's been all morning (for small quantities at least). Large sell order being filled?

The directors need the business to be in a position to have something to sing about....they have done all the hard work turning the business around and we are approaching a time when significant growth looks more than likely and I would hope to see more self-promotion.

There are only approx 115 million shares in free float, for a "penny" share that is remarkably low.

They already hold plenty. The only reason they would do that is to de list and take it private

I reckon we could see some significant director buys once they are out of closed period, although they do seem to hold above 50% among them.

Buy 2million in the open market each that'll do it

Yes. £3m debt was wiped off and converted to founder shares that are only recognised in a sale of the company for over £20m

Were loan notes redeemable at 20m or greater company valuation? Or did I misread that?

I would have thought you would need a market cap of at least £10m to get a generous £20m buyout. Right now...paying £20m for a £5m company looks over the top. So the directors need to get their fingers out and start getting the wider market to take note. I am hoping the next set of figures will do just that
