Great news - and likely more to come from the sound of it. Time for a re-rating.

Investment case is even more compelling with the £2.4 million contract wins. Previous notes: Mountfield Group, Ticker: MOGP Current MCAP: £3.8million; Shares in issue: 254million; Shares not in public hands: 55% Area of Operation: Provider of flooring systems to main contractors and corporate end users Specialises in the nationwide installation of data centres and wind turbine projects Client List includes Vodafone, Mace, ISG Plc, Skanska, 2BM, McLaren, BP, HP, Linklaters, Merrill Lynch, Reed Smith, BBC, Standard Chartered Bank, UBS, Henderson Global and Unilever Diversifying customer base and more recently, been negotiating contracts overseas. Financial: Over £11million of contracts announced since August 2017 Net profit before tax for the first half of 2017 was £305k. Net profit for the period YE17 (12months) is likely to exceed that achieved in both the first half of the year to 30 June 2017 and the second half of the year to 31 December 2016. Noticeable improvement to the Group's working capital position as they target higher margin contracts Other Notable Points: Directors hold a significant portion of the shares and hence, interest aligned with shareholders. Resolution to convert £3million of Loan notes to Founder Shares approved at previous AGM. Founder shares redeemable if aggregate consideration arising on a sale of company/entities, exceeds £20million. Board meeting with brokers to raise company profile and detail significant progress achieved since restructuring. Nice gap on the chart above 3p

Getting ridiculous now (in a good way)....winning contracts more than half the market cap of the business. In fact, according to this RNS, ONE client has now awarded us contracts in 2018 worth approximately the entire market cap of MOGP. The market is so far behind the curve with this one....there is big money to be made buying now, but that window of opportunity is decreasing methinks. Sooner or later this will come to wider notice.....

Depends what you mean by moving up. It hit 2.4p last year. I believe it will go higher after this years results and statements. Question is what p/e should this be trading on.Some shares out there trade at sky high valuations because they have a retail following but crash when reality hits. Value will out here in the end. Take it at face value but another poster is claiming to have spoken to board about PR concerns and they are addressing.

The criteria associated with the founder shares do look interesting. The question remains: why is the share price not moving up? Mike, what PR are they doing now? Anyone has contact details for the directors?

Poor PR IMO which is being dealt with. The shares are only valued at what people are willing to pay and it needs to be on the radar. Directors have massive skin in the game. It's coming

Surely, there is a reason why this hasn't rerated. It looks undervalued from all angles; yet, market powers are keeping it down. What are we missing? Do we have the right individuals on the management team to take this forward? Can anyone share the contact details of the directors?
