By selling the business for 20 million and thereby also cashing in on founder shares.

That will never happen in my opinion. I think they are more likely looking for a way to offload some of their stock. How they manage that is anyone's guess

If the directors bought a couple of million shares each that would be a start

I would like to think that the BOD are starting to think acquisitions are the only way to get share holder value

They stated no need to tap market as they use cash flow from contracts. On the other hand if it was for acquisitions at a decent price I'd be happy with. Too many companies use it for 'working capital' i.e. Snout in the trough

Is there a snifter of a placing on the way? What with going abroad for business.

I've said it before, to hold the gains we either need some director purchases (yes A2, I'm aware they hold loads already) or an insti building a stake. We will be looking at PBT tax of between £800k and £1m with an mcap of 3.3m

Hard to tell. Some are going nuts and some are friendless. Sym announced £420k full year profits but their shares climb every day and market cap is near 35 mil. Mogp might make more than them but are worth 10% of them. Zoo shares go up and up and is worth around £70 mil, last ebitda was $2.5 mil forcast not even real profits. You either have the sentiment or you do not

I just think that these micro caps are out of favour in the market at the moment. Maybe could have projected record profits as well as turnover. Maybe needs to be acquisitive to make the next leap up. So many holders have been patient for so long they just think there is better value elsewhere

Maybe I should stick to stocks with a bigger market cap because I cannot fathom why this is now down in the day..

Trying to do some figures, the previous update talked of contracts of not less than 8.1 million year end, and now it's 8.8 million. Not sure whether the 8.1 included the contract announced just before Christmas, presume it must have. As you say jeevsje the mention of overseas markets is a positive.

Yes very determined seller about using a high volume day to offload as many as possible. Can only hope they don't have many more left because it's pretty depressing having a flat day after such bullish comments from the company.

wow sellers at 1.25p, if this does not confirm we are in a penny stock bear market I do not know what is.

Great announcement as has become a feature with this company. Again the share price seems unable to maintain the initial up lift. Sometimes patience can be frustrating but in time so long as they continue to make progress the share price will reflect the success the company is having. On another note are we now expecting a profit bonus from the audit? Are they restating the year end results that were posted on the 6/8/17? Will this happen when they announce the 2017 year end which should be good? Or am I on the wrong track? Looking forward to the new contracts being announced.

Turnover vanity. Profit sanity. Why no mention of profits for coming year.

Re-reading the statement. Trying to figure out what, if anything, is actually confirmed new ( as in not previously announced) business. Anyone?

Like de ja vu Only winners are the mm's who clearly are in rip off mode again, people paying close to 1.7p for size then a seller takes below bid at 1.45p

I am sure some of the ones ramping it this morning will look to bail out when the share price starts moving down, further increasing downward pressure.

Trading update worth the wait. Management have certainly turned around the fortunes at MBG subsidiary. This division has £2.3m of work in place for this year, and are in advanced negotiations for another two contracts worth £2,3m. I have noticed that when MOGP have announced they are in advanced negotiations before, the contract confirmation oftens follows shortly.
