07/2/2018 15:24 | Why, thank you :) In terms of a trading statement, that would be very nice although we had one in November and looking back over the last 5 years they seem to issue a single update for the y/e Dec anywhere between Nov and Apr so it could be that we've had this years already? Further contract news would be welcome though! | gleach23
07/2/2018 15:03 | 1.53 to buy now...certainly in top up range Edit - so couldn't resist | gleach23
07/2/2018 14:54 | There has to be news soon surely ... | jakleeds
06/2/2018 09:19 | Nice reversal ... | jakleeds
06/2/2018 08:52 | Well the Bid may be off slightly this morning but nice to see these are more expensive to buy - up to 250k will cost 1.57 today. A small ray of sunshine on a pretty red day! | gleach23
05/2/2018 09:48 | Can buy 250k @1.55 now. Any more and it's 1.6 Have put a cheeky limit order in for 100k @ 1.5 | gleach23
01/2/2018 15:43 | exactly mike | gleach23
01/2/2018 15:01 | I check the limits often. They change all the time. I've seen upto 1mill available then a 100k buy and the limits totally shut down. Coin flip | mikeh30
01/2/2018 14:35 | Thanks, useful to know too. | microscope
01/2/2018 13:51 | Would normally assume that microscope but apparent demand and supply seems to chop and change with MOGP - we've seen this before such as in early December before the TU when you could hardly sell any @ 1.45. A few weeks later and there's a mad scramble including sells of 500k and 250k going through @ over 1.8. I don't mind the big sells at higher levels as it's probably prudent top-slicing - it's these little 50k ones that irritate me. It seems to me that there are traders of small quantities buying high (on news) and selling low (in panic/through boredom). | gleach23
01/2/2018 13:42 | Noticed that. Probably still working a sell order, gleach. | microscope
01/2/2018 11:47 | Can buy over 400k at a shade under 1.6p. Can sell max 1k at 1.5p. Bizarre. | gleach23
01/2/2018 11:17 | People getting bored and selling out. Should be an update any day now hopefully... | jakleeds
24/1/2018 08:52 | Trading statement in the next week or so? | mikeh30
23/1/2018 21:18 | Nice to see it rebound today on that 200k buy | jakleeds
23/1/2018 16:15 | Moves in both ways on any volume | mikeh30
23/1/2018 15:02 | MMS quick enough to drop the bid, less keen on cutting the offer! Realise can buy inside spread but typical. Set myself a price target to dabble a few, but not in any rush. | microscope
22/1/2018 09:36 | They issued a trading statement on the 7th of March last year and on the 8th of Feb the year before. I suspect they’ll be keen to get something out sooner this year given the marked improvement in trading. | jakleeds
16/1/2018 15:00 | The only problem with this share is that does seem to be a persistent seller. I may be wrong but my feeling is that he/she (being politically correct) may be almost finished he/she has been around a long time now. If that is the case and the company announce good results which again after a year of good contracts and hopefully more to come, then there is a good chance that the share price should have a decent up lift around 3p should not be too much of a problem. The first step would be to brake the 2p barrier on the bid side and hold it... Time will tell and as most of us have come to realise this is not a trading share more of an investment | wedward
16/1/2018 12:14 | Small and steady is usually the way here. Price does move fast on small buys | mikeh30
16/1/2018 12:08 | Nice to come across a sane thread with measured posts. :) If I do buy won't be price moving, as only a small player, and I usually start small and try to build a position over weeks or months. Not really paranoid about attempting to buy the bottom, but then again getting the best reasonable price on valuation has to be a factor. Bit more research and hopefully a starting stake sometime soon. Bit strapped for time this week but like what I've seen so far. | microscope
16/1/2018 11:57 | Decent amount available at the moment (about 750000 at 1.85) if you wanna take them :) | mikeh30
16/1/2018 11:53 | Hi microscope, the company started to restructure during 2015 and have been strict so far in only taking on higher margin work, and have also managed to turnaround the MGB division from loss making to achieving worthwhile profits in 2017. The situation with contract wins does seem more positive now, just have to be careful about buying here after any contract win or positive RNS announcement, so far the price and spread increases on initial buying only to pullback later once the seller appears. A situation that won't last forever. | interceptor2
16/1/2018 11:24 | Thanks mike. Yes cash would be the main concern, I've got more than them (nothing a visit to the shop won't even out!) but they seem to be on good terms with the bank 'won't need another rights issue' I saw somewhere. Also they seem to have some at year end, whereas both the last interims have had a big fat zero. Hasn't taken away my interest as I think their contracts look half decent as long as margins are reasonable | microscope |
