Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, announces that in accordance with its buy-back program announced on 29 November 2017, the Company has purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in its issued share capital as follows:

Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital consists of 99,934,023 ordinary shares, each with one voting right.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 99,934,023.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
