Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent omni-channel vehicle retailer, announces that on 1 February 2021 Mark Carpenter (CEO) acquired 2,030 ordinary shares at GBP1.773 each following the exercise of options pursuant to Motorpoint's 2018 sharesave scheme.

Following the acquisition of these shares Mr Carpenter's direct interest in shares are as follows:
