the entire board should be hung up and left to dry for not investigating and disclosing this dismal share price on the jse even if as per usual they cant do anything about it

were we supposed to be more or less liquid after the consolidation and name change , the memory center is starting to play games so little is happening after expecting a bit of action finally

V apparent that this is being suppressed. Trouble is large shareholders can suppress shareprices by sitting on the bid, and not enough peeps to cancel this effect out, especially so with low volume. A vested interest in keeping the price low enables finance to be offered for a cheap stake. However, the corner has been turned. I am sure the BOD are savvy to this and as MCM moves forward would wish for a more diversified set of shareholders. The market will correct itself here, with or without such influences, noting the significantly higher prices previously paid by those who understand the value of the assets.

Now that Uitkomst results are in public domain, DB will start getting out and marketing the company and raising its profile. As from AGM notes (see above) they want a broader holding of investors, and increased liquidity.

looks like David Brown's bought a great asset in Uitkomst.

Could be an interesting quarter, hopefully
1) confirm take off agreement - Mittal/Glencore in frame;
2) get land access for remaining farms - finalising legal process
3) iwul for Vele (and hopefully sell it)
4) get NOMR for 3 mines in GSP

It's going to happen not IF

Spoke with Barclays today. Issue was mistake on their part. Can trade again with them.Quarterly results to be released Wednesday. Might have a punt that Uitkomst results are excellent

I suspect the big holders are trying to keep this down by putting small amounts on the order books (to sell), making it difficult to be soaked up by peeps. Presumably trying to get a silly deal into the future.

Think we push higher into next Wednesday's results. Conversations post AGM suggest Uitkomst has been a great purchase which company very very happy with. Plus of course the price of coal continues to surprise to the upside.

We'll see how Uitkomst doing shortly. That's his baby. By all accounts it's flying. I doubt he'll be allowed to buy in before those results as closed period.

Getting silly now.
The share consolidation has just given a higher base to drift down from.
It's about time David Brown did something for the benefit of loyal shareholders....
Why does he not get his hand in his pocket and buy some shares if he has no decent news to lift the price?

48p the ask on JSE.coal markets flying - get some good numbers out of Uitkomst this month and see a re-rating.

45p on the Ask so we are just back to the 2.5p pre-consolidation price. The way up was a lot slower than the way down but let's hope for steady rise from here.
