Looks like a few largeish sales today, including one of 60000 shares which is the main reason for such a drop. Was going to buy some today after the initial drop but glad that I resisted, let's hope for further falls in the short term hey?

Good article recently in Shares mag about how Funds are likely to start buying into Aim shares for the Inheritance tax relief.
And in the Citywire 22/3 comment ,they quote Sue Hocken ,the FD here saying
"We are profitable and cash generative and pay a cash dividend so we hope to attract investors, especially those who may appreciate the Inheritance Tax benefits of an Aim listed Company"
........its nice to see all the buys go through lately as people wake up to this one

Wouldn't mind betting Growth Co Inv has re-tipped these as well after results, they had them as a Buy in Dec and quoted the FD then as saying they're "looking for larger acquisitions......" .."we want one that willcontribute £1-£1.5million of operating profit".....&"we're looking to become a £100m market cap company by 2010"
There's been a number of small buys over the past week

Another BUY tip in IC today as they review the results
....."acquisitions have helped to boost performance, with the Voucher shop contributing strongly ..............and FD Sue Hocken says she still has £7m of cash "burning a hole" in her pocket.......
Trading so far in 2007 has been strong with 53% of expected full-year revenues booked at the end of February so house broker Numis expects EPS of 8.5p for 2007
BUY

very pleasing record results today with the Company saying it expects continuing progress in 2007 and that "early indications show good visibility of forward contracts and a liklihood of the group exceeding its internal gross profit forecasts"
0.90p divi will be paid 23 May (to sh/holders on register close of 30 Mar)

Motivcom H1 pretax slightly higher; upbeat on FY outlook

LONDON (AFX) - Motivcom PLC, the marketing services company, posted higher profits for the first half and said it is positive on the outlook for the full year.

The group said pretax profits rose to 939,000 stg in the six months to June 30 2006 from 927,000 in the same period last year, in line with market expectations. Gross profit increased by 25 pct to 6.3 mln stg.

Motivcom is paying a dividend of 0.35 pence.

Chairman Colin Lloyd said pretax profit did not reflect the strong underlying growth across the group's businesses during the period. This was due to a major event project that will take place in September this year, compared to May in 2005.

Motivcom therefore expects a 'not insignificant' benefit in the second half.

Lloyd said by end-August Motivcom had already achieved 83 pct of its budgeted full year gross profit.

Well, I've given people plenty of time to write the first post on this BB, but the
opportunity has been spurned.
Thought yesterday's 1p increase in the bid worthy of a mention!
It is widely held that the quieter the BB the better the investment . . . so hopefully let's keep it that way!
