Confirmation of timing of voluntary delisting from the NASDAQ Capital Market

Motif Bio plc (AIM/Nasdaq: MTFB) announces that in furtherance of the previously announced voluntary de-listing from the NASDAQ Capital Market for the Company's American Depository Shares (ADS's), the Company has filed Form 25 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on the 9 December 2019. The Company expects that the last trading day on the NASDAQ Capital Market will be on or about 16 December 2019 as previously announced in the RNS issued on the 26 November 2019.
