News well overdue so O wouldn't be so sure..it's likely we are about to get some news. Bottom line is the drug will be bought by someone...as too important of a drug and available at a hugh discount. The question is how much!

Yes correct, but they are going to out of pocket soon. The raised cash was only good for a couple of months, so they're in a desperate situation.

I got royally caught on the drop and now I'm holding worthless shares. The web site says..
"Following the General Meeting in November 2019, Motif Bio will accelerate the wind down or disposal of Motif Inc. This will involve the sale, wind-down or divestment of all or substantially all of the Company’s existing business, assets and investments."
Got to assume this is now dead in the water.

orm expecting a great week, with the seller out!Mcap of 3 mil can not justify 5.5 mil cash and another asset without debts!Feel Sorry for previous shareholders who got the -70% drop after the sell of tungsten mine, but cash is twice the mcap without debts!

This has been a dead ducky for a while now. Very much doubt that I'll see my money back from this. That's what I get for Binary betting on a share waiting for a result. It was always a 50/50.....

A lot of uncertainty and very little trust left on BoD. Money running out is the big issue now..!

Doesn't seem to take a lot of buys to get this moving, It's dropped from 45p to 0.45 within a year is shocking. Not surprisingly it's going back up now.

Sunningdale, why do you post about ORPH on multiple threads other than to demonstrate blatant ramping? We are not all fools.

Following on from my previous Open Orphans (ORPH) post, Cathal Friel has delivered as promised with the all share merger with hVIVO (HVO). Seeing as HVO was trading at 30p at the start of the year, 2.47 ORPH shares for for each HVO share at 15.6p is great value. This follows partnerships with biopharma giant Ipsen Group and Venn’s deal with Carna Bioscience, and will leverage up and commercialise HVO’s sb through the Open Orphan health data platform.

At 5.6p this still values ORPH at just £14m - combine in HVO at £11m plus the preferred partnership agreements and ORPH is set for a big 2020
