14/4/2018 04:28 | As I said about 3 months ago when I followed dealy here , he made all the same Comical Alli comments about CLLN. He is priceless. As far as his gut instinct is concerned it's his tummy rumbling with wind and it seems to come out his rear ...... I wish I had shorted merely on the strength he was posting here..... | fenners66
13/4/2018 23:48 | If one is lucky will be 4 shares for every one held and if at a 50% discount would mean ones 1K would be worth £100, then if the share price was to double £200 one would have lost 80%. | loganair
13/4/2018 23:33 | Itcm1: when I mentioned doubling.I was making a point about the dilution maybe not being so bad. If my holding was worth say 1k and an investor swapped cash for shares or indeed there was a rights issue and my holding was diluted to £500 but the price doubled because it was now in a stronger financial position then my point was it would nor necessarily wipe out value. All ifs and buts but just one of many possible outcomes. DON'T COMMENT TEDIOUS DAVE FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. | terminated
13/4/2018 17:50 | Guys don't they have a decent foreign store franchise business though? Perhaps someone will inject money for shares and lend them some money too. However they will get control of the business and other investors will be diluted to oblivion. Stanley Gibbons did exactly this so I guess the bod can do it here too if the alternative is going bust. Terminated I take your point about the shares doubling with buying interest but surely that time has gone now as the risk is too high. I mean this has been going on for months now so anyone who was going to buy would have moved by now wouldn't they? | ltcm1

13/4/2018 11:29 | This is ripe for Private Equity takeover. And before everybody chimes in: They will not pick it up from the administrator for a fiver | dealy
13/4/2018 09:11 | DD - Agreed, I have never worked for a single company that for the same grade of job paid their male and female employees differently. The difficulty I have with feminist is they seem to believe in 'Sameness' and not 'Equality'. | loganair
13/4/2018 09:00 | Gender pay gap has nothing to do with equal pay. | discodave4
13/4/2018 07:59 | Mr TAll the best, hope you and dealy find a decent cardboard box to share.Buying this and simply watching your capital disappear is beyond stupidity........... | discodave4
13/4/2018 01:31 | I totally give up on you TD. You need to simplify everything down to a small window so you can understand it, that's why it makes no sense. I'm filtering you as I just cant listen to your dribble any longer and you will more than likely try to follow me to other boards in the future. Good luck with everything, DO NOT REPLY YOU WILL JUST LOOK STUPID (I wonder if you can work out why). | terminated
13/4/2018 00:21 | Mr TYou do make me laugh, "by-pass redundancy payments for a few years", pmsl:-Dear Employee, unfortunately you are one of 250 employees that are being made redundant, as a result of the business having to close 50 of its stores. Your statutory redundancy payment will be forthcoming in two years time, hope that's okay".Rights issue, no chance. Placing with large to massive dilution. What's blatantly simple and obvious to most is that this business will be lucky to survive, even post any CVA.See, I ask a reasonable question, but as ever you still have not supported your doubling in share price overnight - you and dealy are made for each other.DD | discodave4
12/4/2018 21:59 | Well like if they launch a rights issue which clears half their debt, for example, and then they have free rain under the CVA to close stores, renegotiate rents and bypass redundancy payments for the next few years. It would obviously have a massive impact on the share price. The reason this is hovering under 20p is because it could well go bust but remove that element and they would obviously be much much higher. This is blatantly simple I feel like I'm pointing out the obvious. | terminated
12/4/2018 21:56 | frazboyThanks for that, will see when they update, I guess may be with their finals (late May). The equity raise will be quite some dilution given the mcap is only c £30m at the moment and open offers, if there is one, will be at a heavy discount IMO.DD | discodave4
12/4/2018 19:15 | Mr TPlease explain How//Why you think this is likely to double overnight?.You have posted the same numerous times now without any substance to support it.DD | discodave4
12/4/2018 17:47 | I assume shareholders could subscribe to the issue preventing dilution but I suppose one has to way up if having you shares diluted would be worth less after the refinancing giving that it could well double in value overnight. | terminated
12/4/2018 14:56 | Bring on the CVA ! | chinese investor
12/4/2018 13:42 | Company will not be fine and move down towards 5p. Longs should probably sell. | rhambo |
