10/9/2020 09:57 | If the rest of the 500,000,000 warrants are exercised at 0.15p that would take the shares in issue to 2 billion. If that's not dilution spary, tell me what is? | 244dk
10/9/2020 07:47 | Average down? I've witnessed placing after placing, dilution on top of dilution. You need confidence in a company to continually throw money at it, results up until now don't instill confidence. | 244dk

09/9/2020 21:55 | Spary hits the default button of multi id and damage to mosman from posts. Grow up spary, if anyone thought that was true don't you think mosman or lse would have done something about it by now. Spary, you have probably lost people a shed full of money with your continual ramping of a minor oil company as its share price nose dived from over 30p to at one 0.04p. I don't doubt that those who got in at the bottom or thereabouts will make money but those, like myself, who bought at over 1p will probably not see any profit on their investment. | 244dk
09/9/2020 19:49 | Paul996, Why don't you F off and try and get something right on the CLP BB instead son. Looks like that needs some of your special cut & paste ramping expertise? ;-) | bulgarian
09/9/2020 18:02 | What's another 50-odd million with 1.5BN-ish already in circulation? Interesting that there was no mention of who was taking up the warrants... Another production hiccup @ Stanley 1 won't be helping the coffers one bit, so the warrant exercise was probably welcome relief to the dynamic duo. Roll on the next exciting blockbuster update.. | bulgarian
09/9/2020 17:19 | Someone will tell me if I'm wrong but with the exercise of warrants at 0.15p my understanding is that the company has to issue 52m new shares which further dilutes the holding of existing share holders. Doesn't sound like such a great deal? | 244dk

09/9/2020 09:15 | Wednesday 09 September, 2020 Mosman Oil & Gas Stanley-4 and Falcon Drilling update RNS Number : 4707Y Mosman Oil and Gas Limited Mosman Oil and Gas Limited ("Mosman" or the "Company") Stanley-4 and Falcon Drilling update Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) the oil exploration, development, and production company, announces that the Stanley-4 well was spudded on 4 September 2020 during the US Labor day long weekend. Stanley-4 is drilling ahead at a last reported depth of 2,980 feet. Target depth of the well is 5,100 feet. At Stanley-1, the first workover rig and crew did not meet the Operator's stipulated criteria therefore another workover rig will be deployed to conduct the workover in due course. At Falcon-1, the rig move is expected to start in the next few days and the well is anticipated to spud next week. Drilling the well is still scheduled to be completed this month. John W Barr, Chairman, said: "We are pleased to see drilling at Stanley-4 underway and keen to get the right quality of rig on site at Falcon so we can start drilling soon. There is considerable enthusiasm from the team to get wells completed and obtain test results. We look forward to updating shareholders in due course." | nicosevos

04/9/2020 16:46 | There seems little point in continuing to highlight mosmans dire performance over the years or sparys continual ramping of the stock as it fell from 30p+ Those getting in now are probably best placed to profit and have no interest how the stock or its main ramper has behaved over the years. Regardless of what has been said about me by spary, I still have a small holding in mosman which is bottom drawered to remind me of my own stupidity. If by chance it does get to the 1p+ level I may just get my money back after years of false dawns and broken promises. P.S. I still only have one id | 244dk |
