Nothing wrong with Mosman if they agree a forward work programme consisting of seismic acquisition and the drilling of a well, with a free carry for all the operations with a JV partner. If the Chinese think there is a large deposit of oil and gas then they will take 80-90%, while Mosman will have 10-20%, with no funding commitment for a drill on a large resource potential. It does sound like the NT government are keen to get development of any resources in the territory. So Mosman could suddenly have a valuable asset creation potential, particularly if the seismic shows up a drillable target which looks likely.

The share price has been stuck in this range for a long time, and historically any fund raise has always been at a discount rather than a premium?

I read a lot of guff about how much the lauded GEM investment is worth. How many shares do they currently hold now and what is that worth at current prices? Trading in GEM seems thin, and I wonder presently whether they could easily monetise that if needed anyway?

It certainly would be interesting to hear more about this HoA on the Oz asset. Seismic is first step, and I reckon will be in the order of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Drilling tho' looking at CTP/Santos surely in the millions.

How that can be dressed up as a billion dollar asset today by the rampwits at such an early stage is mind-blowing.

And then onto US assets - I'm looking forward to the next production update which will give a view on any decline, which inevitably happens over time.

Bulgarian, in summary (and leaving aside the fact that mozzie is being dangerously misrepresented by the Tard and carla - to the point that the insane expectations they create only leads to further disappointment) I think we may be in trouble here. I think mozzie will do anything to avoid the inevitable next placing - possibly by masking it with a share consolidation. Anything to avoid going to a billion shares.
