Grant of Options and PDMR Dealing

Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc (AIM: MAB1.L) announces that a total of 115,502 options over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Options") have been granted on 1 April 2021 to the Executive Directors and senior executives of MAB. The Options have been granted under the Mortgage Advice Bureau Executive Share Option Plan and exercise of the Options is subject to the achievement of performance conditions based on total shareholder return and earnings per share criteria. Subject to achievement of the performance conditions, the Options will become exercisable on 1 April 2024. The exercise price for the Options is 0.1 pence, being the nominal cost of Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares now under option is 545,302 representing 1.0% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company has been notified that on 1 April 2021 certain Directors of the Company or their connected parties sold Ordinary Shares as follows:
