Directors' Shareholdings and PDMR notification

The Company was notified on 14 May 2018 that a Director of the Company, Lucy Tilley, Finance Director, and Donna Brenchley, Commercial Director, a person discharging managerial responsibilities have, under the rules of the Company's Share Incentive Plan, purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Shares") and this purchase has been matched on their behalf by the Company.

Additionally, following the Company's strong performance in the 12 months to 31 December 2017, MAB has rewarded its employees by making an offer of 125 free shares to all qualifying employees such shares to be held in the Company's Share Incentive Plan. Lucy Tilley, Finance Director, and Donna Brenchley, Commercial Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, have accepted this offer of free shares and, accordingly, details of the accepted offer and resultant holding are set out below:
