Just 5 weeks until full year results and then the fog of uncertainty will clear. Although we’ve said before if there were any material changes they have to communicate. Like they did in saying that results will exceed consensus.

while yes, I agree that it's not an indication of likely future divis, 1p every 2 months ! :-))

Don’t want to split hairs but on the numbers I’m seeing, MCL’s increase today compared to Amigo was 20x higher!!

True but 1p of that is in relation to the prior FY so can't really count that.I'm thinking 1p plus the final dividend which will be announced at the end of year results.

well, 1p being paid in 2 days time.

& 1p was paid in February.

so, already paid 2p divi in 2021. :-)

Doubt we will see a lot of movement for now but would be nice to see a slight increase closer to results. Considering they have said results are to be ahead of expectations and there will be a dividend, I imagine that will boost things back up to the 60-70p region. A dividend of 1-2p would bring the yield to 4-5% which isn't bad at all.Often investors need to see the results before they start buying, same thing happened with Saga today. No new information in there but the price is up 10%. Not going to complain if it means I can get in a lower price.If digital can detract only a small amount in FY 22 by breaking even in H2 and then add to FY 23 then a 10-12p EPS seems reasonable if not prudent. Regulation may hurt a small amount but in reality are often overly reacted to with price declines, a similar thing happened to PLUS a few years ago and it's back near highs again now.Always happy to hear the flip side though if I have missed something, I mean we're all here for the same reason, to invest for a return.

Good response. While I am medium to long term focused I am one of those who appreciate your posts. They consist of more than the usual "finger in the air" trader share price target or a ramp/deramp and genuinely believe many will find them useful, even if they don't help me with my strategy

Seen as I am mainly short term, I don't have to add much to the long term. I do now and again, but the returns have been there year after year primarily trading short term. There aren't enough hours in the day to do both, definitely headed even more down the shorter term technical route.

My posts and the performances of the shares speak for themselves.

I could make a long list here, but I just don't care enough. Not on social media, not on any other forums, not on any other telegram chats etc, only post at a medicore rate here, don't go shouting off the rooftops about things.

The reality is I have been doing this a long time and know what works. I can do this with or without any interaction, but seen as there are alot of nice people on these boards and many find the posts helpful, I will continue to highlight interesting activity for people to make their own decisions from.

Hopefully most have made good returns and long may it continue!

had sphere on filter for a while - adds nothing to conversation for long termers and appears to believe himself to be a great trader and we all know what happens to them in the end

I think this is the MCL board. Still looking for a quick trade here.

Chart is flattening out and trying to form a more sustained bottom now with the price glued at 51p. There is a seller in size at work in the market at 51p, who has been there a short while preventing any pop back higher (from the substantial fall from recent highs), but at the same time 50p support keeps holding so it's this uneasy (considering how prone to sharp illiquid moves MCL is) stalemate at the moment.

Noted more interest here today with buyers coming in trying to clear the seller at 51p with 538k exchanged so far. It looks like more time is needed, but watching for any bigger buying - whoppers are always preferable with the higher risk plays.

The whopper exchanges on previous trades with MCL worked very well with substantial moves higher. With a sector related cloud hanging over it and considering how far it has fallen from recent hights, it has that feel that some big chunks might need to go through to send a real signal of a bullish turn.
