Indian speculation lifts Morse

Morse, the IT software and services group, gained 7.7 per cent to 31¼p amid speculation it may be a target for India's Patni Computer Systems.

Patni has $350m in cash and is looking to buy SAP specialists in the UK, Mergermarket reported.

Morse, which said last month it had rejected takeover approaches at 25p per share, has also been linked with UK peer Computacenter.

well im still in proffit so thats a good thing. i was buying into both MOR and CDN,luckly (it turns out) i dumped most of my money in to CDN .kow if CDN's take over happens soon i can roll over in to morse.
