1courage ... people will transfer their spending habits to essential supplies that can be bought cheaper from such outlets so you are in the wrong sector to short as these will be the only quality shops open. Buywell3...apparently there is a new thing called the internet for online sales for people who are to concerned at going in person to the supermarket. What you really mean is as it has a good rise lets see if we can put up a few comments and get them to take their profits and they will ignore the fact sales are up by 4.5% last month.

I am now shopping in a convenience store about the size of a small Sainsbury's local or Tesco Express. I am truly astounded at the amount of alcohol that is being bought. Only 5 staff are now allowed in the store at any one time with one of them, there only job is to constantly be restocking the booze, especially beer which is literately flying off the shelves. Almost every trolley I saw has 2 x packs of 12 beer/larger and some even more.

The Supreme Court decision is a potential 50m saving in compensation claims (£500 x 100,000). It will be welcomed by businesses throughout Britain. The lawyers argued the case as David v Goliath with various phrases which suggested it was River Kwai bridge workers battling against oppressive taskmasters rather than the company which provides them with employment. The data breach was resolved immediately by MRW. No employee was ever shown to have suffered any loss whatsoever. I wonder if society's new set of problems will stop those ambulance chasing leeches and the compensation culture. hTTps://www.theregister.co.uk/2020/04/01/morrisons_wins_data_breach_vicarious_liability_supreme_court/

Well one can hardly expect the revenue to go down in all the various supermarkets ...probably one of the safer places to park your savings... ....but these are peculiar and devestating times so there will be volatility
