Well If you have just bought in as I have, then a 2.8% divi if I stay in till June and more if I stay invested.And my biggest test is net assets = market cap currently and sales 4 times nets assets ( always serves me well and a divi for a whole year over 5% potentially at this price!).Happy.

I assume we all know that this company is worth £4b and has net assets in the last accounts of about the same! With £17b turnover? It stands out as the best for the price! Oh and a divi if we are lucky!

rolo - vast amounts of capital are being attracted to the supermarket property sector. supermarket income reit who have bought about £1.2bn of supermarket property in the last 3 or so years (and today announced another £100m equity raise to buy more property), trade at a 5% premium to NAV. yields are reducing, and capital values are rising. supermarkets have been deleveraging since 2015 which has increased confidence in their ability to pay.

there is huge demand for these assets, but limited supply, as supermarkets like tesco have been buying back stores, and are reluctant to enter into new leases due to IFRS 16.

The Amazon Go store is a cashless queueless 'pick your items off the shelves' and Go concept which has been working in the USA since 2018

The concept uses AI and cameras to track purchases made ie picked up and imo seems ideal for quicker cleaner supermarket shopping in a pandemic or endemic situation.

Amazon have 30 such planning applications made for Amazon Go stores in the UK at the moment

One would imagine that other established Supermarkets will have to adapt or Go under
