A new phenomenon is not a phrase to be used lightly,
But check out the work of Mariana Mazzucato of UCL.

Beyond Smith, Malthus, Riccardo, Keynes and, especially, Friedman.

She's very much here and now and is well-regarded by Mark Carney.
l'll pop in from time to time to see what you think.

Probably the most influential person in England's next three Parliaments.

That would certainly be accepted! Quick glance of the balance sheet shows NAV of around £20m, which includes about £300m of intangibles, giving a NTAV of -£280m. Not pleasant reading.

For once I managed to sell at the right time here. The results were very unpleasant. I still think this has possibilities so will keep it on the watch list. Our small cap fundy likes these.

What fundamentals you guys are looking at I'm not sure. The facts are they can't make a profit, and look set for a similar full year results to last year.

Yes. It is unfortunate that I have a big punt on BGL.
DB always struck me as a genuine kind of guy just trying to make a buck. Lets face it his background is no more natural resources than you or I. I don't really hold it against him as I am old and ugly enough to make my own decisions. At the moment I got bgl wrong.
I still hold some Marshall. Have been selling into spikes as and when but still have about 150k. Mind you I am still in credit there as my ave is about 6p.

Elsewhere things have been better and have softened the blow. I hope you are well. TBF.

TBH, are you still at TI?
I am very concerned about FullaBulling. A mutual friend, DB, gave me the heads up on them a month ago with every encouragement and assurance, and I am now a in similar boat to you. Is he up sc without a paddle, or what?
This is third or fourth time his 'tips' have cost me very dearly. Never again.

All very quite round here. Company suffered on the back of Hurricane Sandy. I am hopeful we will see an improved bottom line again later this year. A rally back up north of £1.50 looks the short term target. If last years problems were just an unavoidable one off then these could easily double this year (depending on prevailing markets of course).

Big Fella: XPS - yes, I did. Prepared to admit my mistakes. I sold because I was disappointed in their investor relations - receiving no reply to an email I sent. However, there is no point in sulking when the chart is so compelling. I bought back into XPS today before the rise.

Sold up for now. I have made enough over a few weeks and wanted to add to AVAP.

Hopefully, I will be back.
