Tell us which directors bought at 2.5p sirs? Think you'll find it was the ex-directors who have now departed along with all shares they held.

Completely different company now - it's effectively been taken over, by a highly competent ambitious board whose interests are aligned with shareholders, armed with big plans which will blow 80p out of the water.

It might benefit you to do a bit of research.

letter from my broker today:

so holders of MCC (on 5.1.17) get warrants in MCC. To be exercised at 80p/share (but before 17.8.17)

Next stock to mirror Mercom will be PIRI which is in a similar situation to Mercom a year ago, has a similar number of shares, is a cash shell, low number in free float, tightly held, a decent cash balance, no debt. PIRI to mirror Mercoms movement.
