30/4/2020 14:49 | Surprised it hasn't seen more sells to be honest considering the long term holders desperate to get out and the quick profiteers from Turner Poop. Next real bounce should be on the trading update given at results. Hopefully they won't be too long, we know that there'll be no warning. | argylerich
30/4/2020 14:21 | Crazy drop, some more added to the pot at 1.15p. Thanks | tickboo
29/4/2020 13:50 | #MWG #SKIN started bacteria production to detect COVID19 water contamination. #AI real-time alerts roll-out will happen later on this year. MWG orders are already up 46% due to COV19MWG is gold standard for water contamination virus detection and 6 countries have legislated it. | hamidahamida

28/4/2020 09:03 | Garth I think the need for cash is very unlikely now (after 11 years in and out of this share I understand your twitch!). The 'surgery' that was carried out last year will have virtually solved the cash haemorrhage from the membrane side (there must be a few retained staff and admittedly they won't be doing much at the moment). Welcome back aboard, I've been very 'lucky' with my timings on this share in the past and hope to be again ;-) | argylerich
28/4/2020 08:51 | Yes, I still think they will need some more cash later in the year - but perhaps they have finally turned a corner. After so many disappointments its hard as a longtermer to trust entirely. But they have to be worth more than £5m. And I don't really want to be out. So back in. Lets see where it all goes. 28/4/2020 08:41 | Indeed Garth, my understanding is the same regarding the current dataset building process underway at the moment. One would hope that the recognition of future variants would be sped up exponentially using this historic reference data. Thus when the next variant appears in some far flung corner of the globe, every CTM the world over will be looking for it within a matter of days rather than months? | argylerich
28/4/2020 08:11 | Argyle, I assumed from what GB said it was teh time taken to add the SKIN elements to the existing MWG equipment. Once that is done I would have thought future capture would be instant and big data capabilities would provide historic reference data. Interested to hear from GB. G. | garth
28/4/2020 06:45 | @gjbrandon - Gerard, once the dataset has been gathered and processed for COVID 19, can that be used to substantially shorten the recognition time for likely future variants? | argylerich
28/4/2020 04:16 | read and learn plus A concentrated form of UVC is now on the front line in the fight against Covid-19. In China, whole buses are being lit up by the ghostly blue light each night, while squat, UVC-emitting robots have been cleaning floors in hospitals. Banks have even been using the light to disinfect their money. In a recent study – which looked at whether UVC could be used to disinfect PPE – the authors found that, while it is possible to kill the virus this way, in one experiment it needed the highest exposure out of hundreds of viruses that have been looked at so far. The amount of ultraviolet required varied widely, depending on factors such as the shape and type of material the virus was on. But buywell believes it can be done Though there hasn’t been any research looking at how UVC affects Covid-19 specifically, studies have shown that it can be used against other coronaviruses, such as Sars. The radiation warps the structure of their genetic material and prevents the viral particles from making more copies of themselves. According to the Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation Handbook,1 one minute of UV-C light sterilizes more than 90% of [other versions of] the coronavirus. Tests conducted by Chinese agencies on appliances equipped with violeds UV LED sterilization have demonstrated a 97% reduction in airborne virus particles. IMO dyor | buywell3

27/4/2020 21:38 | Riddler,Good question. But GB stated earlier that it will be "many months" until they have sufficient data to be able to make reliable early warnings. At that point it will be very good news. Interesting times.G. | garth
27/4/2020 21:13 | Oh well was worth a try,there's always next week | riddlerone
27/4/2020 11:26 | I have put a question to the ITV Coronavirus program tonight that has a WHO representative on it.It goes as follows Could you please ask the WHO representative do they think that testing the Sewage in local areas would help their early warning system of any flare up after countries come out of lock down. This was used in the Netherlands and Miami recently to determine much more cases that they had detected by PCR testing and provided invaluable information to the scale of their problem Its a long shot if they choose to ask it but would be nice if they did | riddlerone
27/4/2020 09:26 | Thank you for the clarification on the product and the timetables we should be looking at. The fleet-footed response of the teams involved is outstanding and bodes well for everyone's future (both shareholders and public!). | argylerich |
